Martin Waeschle - Managing Director
Martin has been with the company since 1980, initialling developing the plates and screws market for road traffic victims before moving on to become the General Manager for the group.
Heavily involved with product development Martin combines his experience with regular end user dialogue to design offerings and products that support users in their everyday practices.
James Rhodes - General Manager
James is our General Manager overseeing the strategy and management team of the Albert Waeschle Group with the benefit of his 25 years experience, roles have included developing the GP distributors in their endeavours to promote and sell medical equipment. With this deep understanding of primary and secondary care James has supported Martin through key development stages of the Group whilst identifying gaps and new opportunities in the markets.
Wendy Little - Operations Manager
Wendy has been with the company since 1976 so knows every working and machination of the Albert Waeschle Group. Now responsible for Purchasing and our Internal Sales Team Wendy has gained huge experience of purchasing from the fast east and the opportunities/ challenges this presents. Wendy now shares the responsibility of the day to day running of the Group with James whilst also formulating the mid and long term strategy.
Piers Quinn - Business Development Manager
Piers has been introduced to the Albert Waeschle Distributor sales team to re-engage with distributors to wholesale medical diagnostics and equipment to General Practitioners via distribution partners. Piers' experience of selling in to the NHS means his understanding of first class customer service and field sales support is invaluable to implement mutually beneficial strategies.
Richard Watts - Territory Manager
Richard is our microscopes specialist introducing the new OPTICLAR range to the UK. Combining innovative features with value for money, Richard is revolutionising the Dental and ENT markets with his dynamic, informative approach.
Richard Stewart - Territory Manager
Richard brings over 15 years experience selling diagnostic brands in to NHS, Private hospital and GP markets. His success in helping Albert Waeschle launch the OPTICLAR brand in to the UK via a third party led to a desire on both sides to work more closely together to exceed previous achievements.
Gemma Richards - Sales & Purchasing Supervisor
Another member of the Internal Sales Team but with the added responsibility of supporting Wendy in her Purchasing duties, Gemma ensures all tasks are completed and customers are satisfied.
John Hall - Marketing Manager
John is responsible for all marketing materials in the form of producing images, brochures and flyers for product launches and exhibitions. Digital presence is a major focus with content creation in the form of company branded websites and social media releases.
Ruth Talbot - Marketing Coordinator
Ruth supports the marketing effort by updating company websites and designing corporate brochures, flyers and catalogues.
Stuart Paintain - Warehouse Manager
Stuart started with Albert Waeschle as a warehouse operative but worked his way up to Supervisor and now Warehouse Manager ensuring all orders are dispatched quickly and accurately.
